Some time ago an Inquiry concerning the items exposed in the title of this Report was prepared and circulated by the Norwegian member of the CEB/Commission VIII, among the members of this Commission. The responses received so far have been collected and studied, and the ordered content of them has been exposed in this Report according to the items involved in the Inquiry. Short general conclusions have been drawn from the mentioned content.
