Criteria about concrete Strength Resistance of DRILLED STANDARDIZED specimens have been considered and occasionally explained by several authors in some of their work, but there is no publication devoted to the full extent of the subject,, reason why we are trying to put together results/ideas, expose them, and briefly explain all phenomena implied, especially in those cases where bibliography does not satisfy the needs of the non-expert. Our contribution limits itself to a compilation work of the present knowledge and a modest and abridged exposé of our own considerations.
